Unfortunately hubcentric spacers will get the fitment right but I can't help you on the width issue.

I know, right? Fitment is great actually, it's hard to find wheels with low offset (i'm looking for an SL500 - offset from +20 to +35), so it's so tempting

I have now 285 rears on 9,5 rims, but since i'm looking for new ones thought to get at least 10s for 305 tires. So far no luck

If your on the fence that much, let's change the rear lips, and you get rid of the curb rash on the one rear wheel at the same time. We can make the rear a 10" with a 3.5" lip. Additional cost would be $500. So still a good deal for HREs with new rear chrome lips. The new rear offset would be +20.

idk, messing up with the rims - i have no clue about that. 10 on +20 offsets - perfect!
but with tires it will get me to 3k now

They came off a E55 W211 so they would fit your car perfectly, no spacers needed.

I'm very interested just worried about the fitment on a C63. I like the aggressive look but with lowering springs afraid it might be little too low of an offset.

Can these be rebarral to step lip? If so would you know how much HRE would charge?

You cannot make a 20" wheel face a step lip without making it a 21" wheel. Would need 19" wheels to make a 20" step lip.
