Used wheels in great condition. One wheel has slight curb rash near the AMG badge, other has a small nick on one of the spokes ( Will include in the pictures.)

Front wheels are 9 J x 19 ET 27
5 lug, 112mm

Will they fit an 06 sl500. what size tires would you need.

Yes these should fit with your car as the bolt pattern on both is 5x112mm
