Any one here home brew?

I have recently made my first batch, I bottled it Sunday night and I am letting it ferment some more. It has a rich spicy aroma and a nice citrus smell as well and I used a lot of hops because I enjoy a good bitter beer. I will post pictures of the process soon. I’m going to opening up my first bottle Thursday. Wish me luck!!

I used to brew beer back in the day. Still have the buckets around here somewhere. Stopped doing it because of the hassle, storage space, proper thick-necked bottles hard to find, etc.

I looked into making wine but havent gotten around to tackling it yet.

i've brewed dozens of batches, but like the previous poster it was back in the day. best beer I ever had was my own.
ironically, the worst beer I ever had was also my own. :puke:

i've even done a couple batches of mead, tastes terrible before it's aged (at least a year), but really is amazing when it's ready

good luck with your brew

Now I just grow "Special Hopps"!
