Once the belt is off, you can finally see the alternator. There are brackets attached on the alternator bolts. I removed the two bolts in the bottom before I remove the top two bolts. There is a wire/bracket blocking the access of the two bolts. You will have to use a flat head screw driver to pop the hose clip before you can access the bolts. It was a pain :( Same for the top two bolts. Once you remove the bolts, you will see the bracket.
