🤷🏽 95’ S420 LWB (W140) 255/30/20’s gave me 0 problems @ 152mph. I will say that the W140 was OVER engineered. However, it was eventful having to remove & repair 80% of the biodegradable engine harness. But not before the damage had been done. I replaced my starter after it catastrophically exploded & then after replacing it the starter stayed engaged while the car was running completely eating the teeth off of the flex plate , rendering the car useless.
