This is the LH secondary cat. The core came loose and was actually turned at 90-degrees and making an awful racket at certain RPM's. My exhaust shop cut both out and merely fitted straight-pipes instead. Sound has a slightly louder bark, but I can live with it. All in all cost me a measly R100.00. Worth every cent.
