Apparently they use "red" thread lock on this little stub. When I tried to unscrew the old one the bold inside started to spin. I ended up drilling a hole to gain access to the bolt so I can unscrew the old stub and scroll and the new stub. After I took this picture I treated the bare metal with some paint and covered the hole with a rubber grommet. Eventually this will be covered by Trent so no big deal.
