2017 AMG SL63 Spy Photos

It’s just about time for Mercedes-Benz’s SL class to receive an update, having been introduced in late 2011, and we’ve captured some photos of their face-lifted AMG SL63 testing on public roads.

The refreshed SL class is expected to release some time next year as a 2017 model. Looking at how the camouflage is applied, we can probably expect most of the changes to be made to the headlights and front and rear fascias. Hiding under the wrap also looks to be AMG’s signature front splitter.

As far as the engine is concerned, the SL63’s power will most likely stay around the current 577 horsepower range with few changes to the twin-turbocharged 5.5 liter V8.

Look for Mercedes-Benz to officially debut this car in early 2016.
