We’ve seen Benzes battle the Nissan GT-R on the drag strip before, but there are two things that never get old: drag races, and drag races against the Nissan GT-R.

In this week’s AMG Monday Morning Wake-Up Call we’ve got a lively drag race for you: 2014 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG S 4MATIC versus 2010 Nissan GT-R. According to Road Test TV, the Mercedes had fewer than 1,000 miles on the odometer, so launch control was strictly verboten.
