Kleemann C63

Hi guys, haven't been around for quite a while! Anyways, it's good to be here.

Just wondering... how much power at the wheels should we be expecting from a Kleemanized C63 AMG? To be precise, one with full exhaust including short tube headers, pulley, intake and tune.

2009 C63
63-K2: K1 (tune) + a set of high flow exhaust manifolds and downpipes with steel sport catalysts. Up to 560 HP and 700Nm (519lb-ft) of torque.

If you include the Kleemann K3 kit (larger 80mm throttles, a CNC machined, contoured and flowed throttle "plate", as well as CNC milled inlet throat), it's about +20 on top of K2.

Do not have pully or intake. Here is what I got with BMC filters:

Mercedes of Buckhead is building a CL63 with Kleeman shorty headers and full exhaust, pulleys, phenolic spacers, thottle bodies, Kleeman tune. They are fully expecting over 600 HP (crank), but its not done yet (or it wasn't done last week).

Saw the car on the lift, with Brembo rotors the size of manhole covers on it, getting ready to receive a new LSD. A one of a kind beast.

500 whp would equal 602 crank hp.

Interesting.... I raced one which dynoed 470whp. I was very impressed with the performance!

Too bad it got beaten by the mighty ///M, I was surprised to see it lose ground alot after 4th gear.

Why are you even in this forum when you don't drive a Benz? I have never even visited the M forums yet alone left 1500+ posts making unvalidated claims from a remote part of the world that will never be supported by any evidence. Assuming your M5 is stock or lightly modded(you provide no info but color like anyone really cares) you are not walking any 470 whp C63 at any speed.

lol... agree.. no way u'd be near a highly tuned C63 being stock or even lightly modded..
a friend of mine has the stage 2 HPF turbo for the older M3 (not really sure what the model number is and dont really care in knowing)... he's dynoed around 450 rwhp and from a rolling 60 mph start i was by his side all the way with my K1 tune... i've seen him beat vettes and M5s easily so i can only assume i could tame the same.. he even beat a CTS-V the other day...

if u're really up for it Bahrain is only 300 km away .....

Because I had a question.. if you hadn't noticed already?

Sorry guys... really didn't mean to strike a nerve, I was just surprised of the result as my heart still roots for the AMG. My M5 is fully tuned with the exception of cams.

This was my dyno result before the de-cat Section 1 install and remap! I will dyno once again when it stops raining to see the preset gains! Once again guys, apologies if my post soudned offensive in any manner!

Coincidentally.... I beat a stock Z06, stock GTR, and an RS6 all in one night! Stories like these don;t fly without video footage, so my camcorder bracket should be here tomorrow.

I also raced a CTSV and beat it pretty convincingly once I hit my 4th gear!

Here's a short video of my car when I first got it! This was a 1/4 miel sprint from a dig against a 335 with Juicebox and intakes running on race fuel!! Just wondering ifa stock C63 AMG can hold against this little nuisance of a car from a dig? Just for comparison purposes thats all!

The dyno sheet was actually with catback pipes and scoops only. Since then, i have installed the evosport headers, Miesterchaft Sections 1 and 2, Evosport pulley and CA Auto tune!

My custom map is very aggressive and its tuned for 95 Octane plus, and since our fuel is 91.. I am running race gas!

Ya, I never understood why bmw guys come on here.

Anyways. I got Renntech stage 2, 511-520hp and I walk all over a M5 with K&N airfilters. HOWEVER, he did manage to creep past me at 300km/h, Must be the gearing.

Well guys its my C63 and as u guys know its got the k2 which logically there is noway on earth the k2 can do 470whp to the wheels its actually the M5 that has the 470Whp thanx to its long tubes..... my car did 420whp due to hot weather conditions too and thats why ahmed ur surprised how i was all the way ahead on 4th gear and gets weak there again thanx to ur long tubes thats why the mighty m5 got ahead then.... so0 hopefully when i get long tubes sometime we'll be able to to it again then that'll be a fair math and im sure u think so too bro...
