brake pad replacement

brake pad replacement
is this a straight forward job? no kind of crazy tools or procedures to follow? i feel it will be time to replace my front pads very soon.

I checked the WIS and it looks like you have the same brake setup as the C43. I just did this (I replaced rotors, calipers, brake lines, and pads) and as long as you have the correct tools and don't mess anything up (I cross threaded my caliper when reinstalling the brake lines) it shouldn't take you more than a couple hours to replace both sets of pads up front.
You will need a 7mm allen wrench to remove the caliper guide pins and an S10 torx bit (this is to remove the brake pad wear sensor that is attached to the caliper, you can probably get away without removing this but it will make it much easier)
Pretty easy to do
1.) remove the wheel
2.) remove the brake pad retaining clip
3.) remove the caliper guide pins
4.) remove the brake pad wear sensor from the caliper (not necessary but makes it easier)
4.) pull the caliper off (you might need to pry it off with a screw driver or something)
Make sure you do not let the caliper hang by the brake line, use a bungee cord or zip tie to support the caliper.

Unless you have figured out a way to remove the brake pads through osmosis, yes... 
The caliper doesn't need to be disconnected from the brake line but it does need to be removed from the mounting bracket in order to get the brake pads out
