Just to add to your list: the corrupt-kleptoratic-scandal ridden Indonesian government have two S600 Pullman Guards on active duty; one for the president and the other is for the veep. Rumor has it that they actually have as many as six Pullmans!

MBWorld Fanatic!
"While a 5-Series might handle better, and a Jag might be (slightly) faster, they pail in comparison to the sheer magnificence of a Mercedes Benz. And it seems that we're not alone in our appreciation for the marque. Many of the world's infamous dictators have worked out their power-plots in the back of a Mercedes. But why choose a Mercedes over say, a Rolls Royce, or a Cadillac?"
Typo? Pail --> Pale?

Simple!!! ,So many dictators drive Mercedes because when the peasants show up with their pitch forks and ropes, the dictator wants to be sure he has a reliable car to get away in!!!!

Political Prisoner Restraint System
My E350 has a very convenient 'Political Prisoner Restraint System' (ideal for attaching handcuffs) just below and in front of the rear seat. The fold-out metal loop looks very similar to the Cargo Attachment points in the trunk, but the location of the PPRS gives away the true purpose.
