W205 Sound

Nice find - sounds really good. Love how deep it is at low revs driving outside the ring, had a nice crackle and pop at around 1:40.
Noticed a C63 prototype at the very end, wonder if we'll get some footage of that soon
After hearing the more recent M3/M4 exhaust clips, I've completely written it off. Regardless of how well it will drive, it's embarrassing having an exhaust note that sounds like a tuned 4-banger from the early 2000's.

It was moving! Looks well balanced and a bit lighter on its feet.

Sound is not good...compared to a 6.2
Sound is great compared to the new m3.
Just needs a resonator delete and voila. bravo MB
This thing sound like a supersonic train at 0:50 to 0:52

I love how controlled the car seems to be. Not much fuss getting out of the corners. Hope MB has worked its magic and kept the weight in check, even with the V8.

Not sure if this has been posted. A couple little sound clips of the new V8.

The car doesn't look uncomfortable. Is the rear end twitchy coming out of turns, a bit. Then again, it is a RWD car with 450+ ft lbs of torque. I see no hint of body roll though, and it looks nice and flat.

Wow, the M4 sounds atrocious. I can't believe, with all that BMW goes through on every aspect of design, they did this to the exhaust note.
Sounds like a weed wacker. I saw one up close a few weeks ago and really like it, but I give it a 3 out of 10 on exhaust note.

My thoughts exactly. If BMW had put a V8 in there I would've been very tempted..

I must say, to its credit, I really like the size of the M4. Some have said that it is getting too big and handling would suffer, but I love the aesthetics and the new color choices. It's a beautiful machine.
And for being a 6 cylinder, the engine is big and easy on the eyes. I'd like to drive one, but I have a feeling they are going to be sold out and wait listed like the E46 was.

Also, the availability is much better than you think. Dealers have them sitting on lots everywhere. I know someone that just bought an M4 from dealer inventory.
