speedometer says 55 but actual vehicle speed is 65

Did you replace the cluster recently..?, do you have this issue later..??, does someone open or work out in your cluster before..???

I think when they remove & return back the mph/km needle, they not adjusted well, cause it should be adjusted manually,,
mostly; this issue happen after recombine clusters..!!
