Mercedes Benz 200 cdi 2002 (Gearbox hanging up)

Hello i have recently had some problems with my gearbox.. And i don't know what's wrong, i was driving 90 km pr mile on a highway.. suddentaly it just jumps on 2 nd gear, and doesn't change. And i was driving 40. I stopped the engine. Took out the keys wait like 1 minute and put it again in.. started engine and it came some wierd noise like when a plane takes oof the whiining noise

Can someone help me?
