Now im interested to see how ya get that to fit upfront. You've got CO, right? I dont think anyone's pulled off more than 245 (splinter) and that was w/ H&R springs + koni yellow dampers that have the little dimple for space. When I ran 235 at ET 25, i'd rub quiet a bit on turns and I rolled my fenders and fender liners! 255 is ALOT of tire up front! Stoked to see ya make it work.

Yeah, it really really is a lot of tire up front. Super grippy and sticky.
I am only on H&R super sports with a #3 bumpstop, rides not too bad. In a few weeks, I'll put an order in for FortuneAuto's 500 series coilovers with custom spring rates.
While the front is not rubbing at all, the front fenders will need just a tiny bit of pull to flush it out.
The rears are just rubbing on the plastic trim from the bumper and rubs when cornering. Sadly the square plastic trim piece on the rear drivers side between the door and the fender popped off during a test drive. Not really sure where I can just get that one plastic trim but oh well for now. I'm running a 12mm spacer in the rear and to probably correct the issue jump down to a 10mm or 8mm spacer.
Here is one of the fitment test drives my buddy did, I really apologize for the video quality.

Woah. Thanks for posting the video.
You're running H&R sport springs right? NOT Supersports as I dont believe H&R makes them for the w203, just for the w204. The wheel/tire fitment looks really even all around and the fat tires really fit your more motorsports theme.
I am surprised though that you dont rub your plastic linings when you turn w/ the front tires. That is a TON of tire up front. I'd love to see how you make these 255s work w/ the coilovers
For the rear, you can probably find that plastic tab on ebay. When I was running 265 in the rear at ET 33, I'd rolled my rear fenders, cut the rear bracket, and also ground down the plastic square trim to make it work not rub. I only would then rub on big bumps w/ a full load of people.
Also - you're making that grill look sooo good.

September update.
Coilovers arrived in late August but didn't have chance to install them until two weeks ago.
The tires were really meaty and hit the strut, I corrected it by pushing the wheel out with 17mm spacers on both sides. I am currently +8 up front, and it poked out exactly an inch. I mitigated the poke by picking up 2.5inch all around ZG flares from a local company that makes them here in San Diego.
Currently they are in the process of being paint matched at my pop's shop and will be filled with paint matched rubber welt so that it does not stand out. Here are test fit pictures held on with masking tape.
I also picked up a set of C32 amg brake set courtesy of Phi from his unfortunate accident.
Will be installing the fender flares in two weeks or so, then I need to do an oil change asap so that will push my time back to install the brakes.

I missed your last update. That looks pretty good. The color seems to be a bit lighter than your car's color, but for the most part it looks pretty solid. I think i'd pass on the blue rotors though :P
Got smore pix from more of the front or rear angles to show off the poke?

That front fitment looks amazing. I imagine you rub ALOT when you turn the wheel - did you roll the crap out of those fender linings so you can actually turn?
What happened to your fog lights?!

Haha, I noticed! I followed you back
Yeah I could take the fronts down more but risk rubbing more, I definitely need to replace my sway bars for some big thick ones to minimize body roll.
Then this.... Honestly I've been thinking about selling my car and picking up a stock unmolested 2005 CLK55.
My car is relatively low milage for a 2007 at 81,xxx miles and roughly 10,xxx a year since new. With all the mods I was thinking of letting it go for 9k or 10k?
I personally love this car but a situation has come up and I'm going to have to relocate from San Diego for a few years and won't have access to a garage or shop which makes me worried about have a modified car.

Loving the build bro!! Come over to the dark side like I did haha the c240 was great but doesn't compare to the c32, you'll love the power of the clk55.
