2005 C230 running on 2 cylinders, please HELP!!!

I've been lurking the forums for years (since 2011) and have always found great info, since Friday I've been unsuccessful. I've not been able to find someone with the same issue.

I took my son to school Friday and the car was running great, came home real quick to get ready for work and car fired up on 2 cylinders. I've ruled out MAF Sensor & coil packs as the issue and I have no way of connecting to and OBD scanner. She has 170K on her, owned it for 4 years now and only issue I've ever had was the alternator went out 2 years ago. Almost forgot, yes, I drive it like I stole it!

I'm thinking it has to be a sensor but I have no idea how to diagnose/ troubleshoot the issue, any suggestions? Very much appreciated!

EDIT: Additional Info; Car had wire harness and 2 new o2 sensors installed under MB campaign about 2.5 years ago, and I just removed and reinstalled the airbox.. the notorious vacuum hose appears to be in good shape.

Nothing is possible without scanning it first. If you can't, then no one can really give an intelligent answer unless the answer is your plugs are old and need to be replaced.

Can you explain as how you've concluded that it is only running on 2 cylinders?
I agree with Tommy as well. Without further testing, it's hard to say what the problem is. Could be bad coil packs, plugs, injectors, etc.

Plugs were replaced 2-3K miles ago. It felt like it was on 2 cylinders so I disconnected cyl 1 & 2 coil packs ( I had oil pooled up in these 2 when I swapped the plugs) and it ran exactly the same, I reconnected cyl 1 & 2 then disconnected cyl 3 & 4... result was exactly the same.

I did forget to mention the Camshaft POS sensors were replaced with the campaign. I just noticed the new ones were a bit dirty so I degreased the bay, cleared the CEL (disco'd the battery & held brake down for approx. 1 min) she fired up but still running rough, much better than it was. I drove to VatoZone & throwing a P0010, P0128, P0620, P0562, and P0300. My guess is the CPS magnets need to be replaced? The campaign was down roughly 50K ago.

Check engine light went away tonight, still idles funny & is ocassionally sputtering in lower rpms. Could it the the camshaft sensor magnets on the front of the engine? Would it hurt to disconnect them individually to test the problem?

UPDATE! Thursday the 22nd I pulled out of the driveway to finally hear the peaceful sound of the timing chain ( looser than a 40yr old hooker) immediately turned around and parked her to open the valve cover and this is what I find. I cannot believe the chain didn't fly off, I must have been driving this with the Grace of God. Intake cam sprocket is fubar'd. I'm planning to remove the head, have it port & polished, rebuild it, and hopefully find a kleemann supercharger before I put it all back together. In the meantime I'm looking at a 2006 ML350 or 2005 X5 (hate away but I need a German SUV).
