Alternater compatibility

Hello everyone I purchased a used alternator from eBay from a 2006 clk500, it was the 150 amp version. Will this be ok for my car since the previous alternator was 120 amp, and the new alternator will fit right??

Why would you buy a used alternator from the wrong engine when rebuilt ones are so cheap? No clue if it will work or not you will probably just have to take off the old one and compare it. If you car is like mine it will have a Valeo alternator and the way the power wires connect up most Bosch ones won't work so you have to get another Valeo which does make it a little more expensive I decided to just buy a brand new one from valeo for around $220.
