Thanks Tommy

Just wanted to give a shout out to Tommy and say thanks for your help with spacers, center caps, and miscellaneous other stuff. I wish there was more enthusiastic members I this forum like him.

These w203s are fine cars, and fun to toss around especially with sway bars and new tires!

My last car was a Lexus pos handling, body roll...

Appreciate what you have fellas!

Quality? Is there an extra charge for the rust?

No, that's a freebie!!

Todd, I get in my EP3, turn the key, and it starts. It's nice not to do a little prayer first.

I do miss some elements of the Benz - the huge sunroof, the carrying capacity, the überloudness of the Eisenmann exhaust, but in the end, my wallet actually has some dollar bills (albeit sticky ones) still in it at the end of the month due to the lack of $1,000+ repairs on the car way too often.

I still have the projector headlights, designo console trim and some other things; I'll put up a thread here with the freebies that I'd be willing to give away (no, not the headlights; still hoping to get them on ebay at some point). Was happy to see someone get some parts to help them out on their build. My sainthood application is in the mail.

Some people say. they'll keep there cars, drive them into the ground.
You are the 1st to actually do it. Literally...just fell apart.

Ah. Sunny California, no rust...
$1000? I got 2 words for ya....pick n pull.
Yeah, I was pretty pissed about my shift module problem lately,
but I just acquired a used one for $30.
Hope it lasts new is $715 list.
$535 on discount.
And of course there was the leaking manifold gasket, cough cough, put the stock manifold back on, and the new MAF to pass smog finally but hey who's keeping track.$$$.
And I have new alternator brushes, conductor plate, trans oil filter, and a rebuilt starter all ready to go on, as preventative maint. along with re-installing the ASP pulley. Just look at all the fun you're missing! Fortunately I can turn a wrench.

Next thing, you'll be driving a Prius with a Hillary sticker on it. I guess you drank the coolaid.
Just giving you a hard time....

North Joisey apartment living and doing a lot of work on your car generally don't marry too well. Still, I certainly did more work on my car than most Benz drivers do. I never even used the gloves from the spare tire kit.

Hillary yes, Prius no. I'll only drink so much Kool-Aid.
