Guys i talked to the sponsor Vadim and they said they can build headers for us if we get at least three people. Please Respond or chime in on this matter

Sounds tempting but have you spoken to the dealership regarding the warranty after having installed these headers?

I'm sure warranty will be voided since that goes before the cats.
+1 on price and estimated gains. Also, since these would be prototypes/new, would there be a warranty on them against cracks...etc?

Assuming the product is well made and exhaust leaks will not be an issue, would gaining 10-15HP be worth the cost and loss of your factory warranty?
Hmmm. Love to mod my car; there are things I would mod in a heartbeat on a Japanese import that I won't do to an MB.
If I wanted more power and handling for my W204, C63 is the answer IMHO.

Kleeman ended up making headers in that price range, they are on their site. Another member installed OBX and has good results, theyre on ebay for 300ish and is your best bet especially for the money.

For the amount of money those cost to get 8-16 hp at most is a little high...your better off with a highflow cat setup, catback exhaust and tune to get way more hp for that same $$$

OBX, Kleemann, and Renntech are your header choices. OBX I can kind of justify, but the hp/$ doesn't make sense for a C300/C350 on the other two. Of course, if you've got tons of disposable income where that amount is a drop in the bucket, go for it, but then you should probably be in a 63.

Not worth the money for 16-20hp. I might just go with the OBX way and do a custom header w straight pipe.
