All humor aside, lol, Can somebody uncover the mystery? I sometimes hear a little noise in the back of the car when I push it. My research says that its supposed to be some kind of "rear window shade control"? But I don't see a shade anywhere!

HALP!!!

Oh! Well, splendid! Mine is stuck at the bottom i guess?

How is this feature meant to be operated?

A: Push button once
B: Push and HOLD Button until desire movement/position is achieved?

(neither A nor B is working for me).

Push button once. Sometimes it gets stuck. Just have someone wiggle it and pull it as you push the button and hopefully it will loosen up or you could always just take it to the dealership.

Where is it? I looked and can't see anything along the rear glass. I am just assuming its sitting at the bottom, inside the trim in the back... But I can't see it!

If you look closely on the back you will see a grove just right besides the glass. You will see the top cover. Those who doesn't have it will just see a groove with dust and dead insects as it is hard to reach with a vacuum nozzle.

Im guessing I did not climb up far enough into the back seat. I will have to take another, much more detailed look to find the top of this mysterious curtain!

Thanks for the input!

I am not sure how it works in the benz but I am assuming it would work similar in a lexus. My buddies you just press the button to on. The shade goes up and stays up, and when you press the reverse button, the shade goes down, and when you go into any other gear, it goes back up
