Is this for your preface lift 09 c63? If so what worked for me best was to buy just facelift-looking covers for the preface lift mirrors on ebay (ie http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mercedes-W20...-/270757468179 )I fitted some in black just last week and they were great; cheap because they're just the LED and housing but also easy to install and maintain all folding/dimming functionality.
Those are they on my sig pic but here's a close up. They look great and I would say that the quality is pretty close to OEM (then again both are just plastic anyway).
