The following would be the order of priority...
#1 What is the exact dimensions of both?
Always go for fitment IMO. Get as wide as you can get away with without any rub on FULL LOAD. This INCLUDES not having to use spacers or hub rings and possibly using stock bolts.
Are they IDENTICAL? If so...
#2 Which wheel is certified?
TUV, JWL, etc.
If you feel they are both structurally safe, then...
#3 Which is lighter?
Might as well get a free upgrade here.
They weigh the same?
#4 Which is cheaper?
No point overpaying when you can accomplish the same thing for 1/3 the price.
They cost the same?
#5 Which one is more readily available?
I would go whichever one is easier to get in the event you may have to replace a wheel. (example...I would favor the wheel that is NOT going to be discontinued)
AFTER ALL THE ABOVE has been considered....then I would pick....
The shiny one. Black on black on black may look sinister, but to me it's definitely not as refined.

Thanks for all the advice. I should have stated that the AMG are reps since it will be hard to find the real ones. I shouldn't compare AMG reps to OZ in terms of performance and quality. But from an aesthetic standpoint, those are the one that I personally like. I have seen many C63 wearing the 19 inch OZ and they look amazing to me, just not on a tenorite grey/steel grey. My dilemma is I am not sure the 19inch OZ is to much for W204 C250 sedan if not planning to lower, plus stiffer ride and pricer in general. I thought about just getting the OZ in 18x8, but not sure how it sits since I had never seen one. Or, the AMG multispokes are standard on many euro C63 and they looks classic and refine to me. What do you guys think?

OZ is 19x8.5 all round, offset 44mm
AMG multispokes rep is 19x8.5 and 19x9.5, offset 42mm
(AMG rep is more aggressive, but i like the OZ being able to rotate, OZ wins)
#2
I believe both wheels claim cerified TUV, JWL
(both are structural safe for normal road use. but I am sure the OZ is a quality wheel which reps are reps. OZ wins)
#3
OZ is 24.6lb
AMG reps is 26lb
(OZ wins)
#4
OZ cost about $1600+shipping
AMG rep costs about $900+shipping
(AMG reps is cheaper since they are just reps, AMG wins)
#5
OZ seems to have better replacement due to brand reputation.
(OZ wins)
