anyway to have DRL at full brightness at night

You would need to use a 5pin automotive relay to get a direct 12Volt line to the DRLs. The relay would be activated by existing power going to the DRLs. This assumes that wiring 12volt directly to your DRLs will make them light up at maximum brightness, and not fry them, I have no idea what it will do.

I hooked mine into the headlight power and they work fine no error codes. I used a tester to find the one that always had power when on (think its yellow) and then just ran power to it from that. Full brightness whenever the car is on.

i don't think full brightness DRLs are brighter then a set of 55w Hids. Also never heard of anybody getting into a accident because the other drivers' DRLs is too bright. just saying......

A better idea then to have bright DRL's at night, is to find a way to get the C light and DRL's to work during the day time.
A lot of talk was put into trying to get this to work and nobody came up with a solution.

i know a couple of members with Hids in their reflector housing. not really douchey. I've seen suvs with their headlights right in the same line as my mirrors, which is much worse.
i find people with sarcastic attitudes the douche bags.

in europe DRL's are always on when its dark but they illuminate only at 33% vs 100% at daytime
if its not in your case your dealer can reprogram it to your needs

That's how it works in the U.S. too. LED DRL tubes are always on. Bright during the day so motorists can see you, and dimmed when headlights are on so motorists don't crash due to being blinded. Makes me sad when people disregard the safety of others. I guess I'm a party-pooper around here

Maybe you dealer can reprogram them, together with some SCN codes you will need.
