polyurethane front lower control arm bushing

does anyone know where to get these in polyurethane? I have 35k kms on a 2012 c200 (beijing benz) and the damned this have been replaced with oem under warranty twice already in the past year and the front left side is messed up again!!

looks like this:

anyone else have this problem? is it a design flaw since it's going so fast? I avoid most potholes and maybe only hit 2 on the most recent pair.

edit: another member's picture, the thrust arm bushing:

I've got 50000km on mine original and I'm lowered with no problems like yours. Then again I know how bad the roads are in China so not really surprised. As of now no one makes one, you can try to cross reference to see if W203 units would work as they have Poly units available for those models. Otherwise and I hesitate to suggest this, an old DIY trick was to basically inject Poly into the bushings.

The Castor bushes have been a weakness on W203/204. They were redesigned & softened. They are silicone fluid filled. Try bushes from the W211 E Class. Redesigned bushes were fitted under warranty to my C240 & I had no further issues.

Poly bushes will make the front end harsh & transmit noise.

Originals cracked.

ya, the roads are pretty bad, I'm on stock 16's and the road still feels real bad. I'm managed to avoid most things but sometimes potholes are just un-avoidable without causing an accident in traffic here. I've only hit about 2 really hard ones, you'd think these darn things would last longer than that... my first pair with the new car lasted about a year, then the next 2 months, not the third pair has been in for about 4 months

thanks for the suggestion Glyn, are the w211 thrust arm bushings the exact same fit? or am I to use a bushing from a complete different part on the w211.

any chance you have the part number for the w211 bushing?

Well roads in Shanghai are far superior to me here in SZ so be grateful. Also, and this you should already know but even at the dealerships, There is a substantial chance you could be getting fake parts. Parts faked so well that even dealers can't tell as they fake the packaging also.

Try these part numbers
for OE number: 2113304311
for OE number: 2113304411
for OE number: 2113302911
for OE number: 2113301511

It's a different P/N but fits. You have been given the long list.

thanks! I did a quick search on these part numbers but they all seem to be the whole control arm? are there only bushing numbers?
