No, it does not include shipping at that price but shipping costs are low on the is kit. Here are some photos from when we were doing final prototyping of the early units.

Looks very dangerous !!!
Why on earth would anyone install an intercooler where you need to cut the front beam.... All you do it make your car weaker in case of a head on collision??? Thats just insane and didnt expect a reputable company like RADO do this just to make a quick buck... very sad indeed... I agree they do make good quality products but this is sad..
Anyways guys/buyers keep in mind that from the RADO pix you need to cut the front support beam and thereby cutting a big part of whats supposed to take the impact of a head on collision.
Below is how the beam should look

i mean at least inform the customer before selling
hi
i mean quality is good but give no information to customer that needed to cut the front bumper beam
for me you have no respect for your customer life
i donot mind selling to customer if customer agree but just sell without information is a crime i did not expect this from a usa company were human rights are more
narry

That front bumper support that is pictured is the 5 MPH bumper support which is not on the car in most countries. It's actually a shock absorbed bumper support which will absorb up to a 5 MPH hit with out causing damage to the radiator support area. Anything over 5MPH and that part is not designed as a piece of protection over that speed. The shock element and all the major support areas are still intact on our kit.
You will mostly find this on US based cars as it is not required on cars in most countries. You will sometimes notice that front and rear bumpers on the same model cars are different in other countries and the reason for this is because this support doesn't exist so the bumpers can be shortened. Many people (especially Porsche 911 owners) remove these supports for aesthetic reasons. Every 911 that you see that does not have bumperettes on the rear bumper has this piece removed. They call it the Euro bumper upgrade because it looks so much better.
Do you really think that if these parts were designed to protect the occupant rather than the front of the engine, the Europeans wouldn't use them? TUV is a much stricter requirement than DOT and the car passes all those tests without this part.
If you feel like your life is in danger.......Don't buy it.

Staff@WORLD, I found that your response is a bit offensive honestly. A note that bumper modifications or extra works might be required is good enough. I believe that cutting it will require additional costs. People who are counting their budget limitation, which most of us do anyway will certainly not be happy with the extra work required. I'm just hoping a more professional reply next time, especially after I read the last sentence on your post

You can buy an intercooler from someone that doesn't modify the front bumper support, like the ones the guys from China in this thread are planning to probably make. The only problem with doing that is it probably won't make any horsepower. Our intercooler is, BY FAR, the best modification available to the C250 to make the most horsepower. Their is NO other product available for the C250 that comes close to making the power that this product does.
As for the cost of the modification, you can buy plenty of other parts out their that go on really easily and do absolutely nothing for your car. Maybe you will feel better about it because the price was within your budget.
I'm sure that I sound extremely offensive and rude by saying this but you get what you pay for. The parts that we sell, including the RADO brand are not for everyone and I understand that. Sometimes it's better to not do anything at all to your car rather than install some garbage aftermarket product that is not going to work.
At World Motorsports we do not really believe that, we would rather sell you parts that do the job than sell something inferior that we can sell to more people because of the price.
Here is the horsepower chart on the C250, I challenge you to name one other part available that comes close to the bang for the buck that the RADO C250 parts do. Sometimes, you have to look at the overall picture to find the value in things.

Hi Staff@world
no one has said that you have poor quality products.. not at all.. point is simply that the bumber needs to be cut.. I wanted to buy this intercooler but when i realized that I had to cut the beam I changed my mind. RADO is known to carru great quality stuff noone says differently
If the beam isnt important why not just completely remove it ?

1) The top of the intercooler bolts to it.
2) The threads to the tow hook are incorporated in it and we feel that it is a good option to be able to still use the tow hook.

While in the past euro bumpers beams were smaller because of different safety laws (like in Japan where the Subaru bumper beam is smaller than the US version), as to my knowledge there have been some revamps for modern safety some which include US style bumper beams even on euro models.
It is also true that regardless of bumper beam size, anything after a certain speed makes the sizing irrelevant.

I've been in the car business a very long time so these are things you pick up over the years.
Here's a link to Wikipedia that I just googled so you can see for yourself. It is quite obvious when you have seen as many crashed cars over the years as I have where the crumple zones are and how the cars are designed for safety of the passenger compartment. Believe me, the bumper support does not play into protecting the passengers at all!!!!!

I have an SLK200 and ordered both the DP and the IC from Rado. Would have loved to have gotten this discount earlier though.
I can personally vouch for the build quality and the gains. Installation was not simple though for the IC. However, the SLK is slightly different to the C250 so thats understandable.
Together with a unichip(tuning box), i managed to get roughly 200PS on the wheel in the hot and humid weather here in Malaysia on the dyno.
What does that translate to roughly?
