Will the wheels from my W204 fit a W205
Going to be turning in my W204 in about 6 months for a W205 and I really do not want to buy new wheels if I do not have to.

Down load the app MB Guides, select owners Guide for new W205 C class under tyres it shows wheel sizes. From what I can see the wheels are not interchangeable with W204.

w205 R19 Configuration
Front 7.5 x 19 ET 44 / 225/40 R19
Rear 8.5 x 19 ET 56.5 / 245/35 R19
w204 C350/300 17" Configuration
Front 7.5 x 17 ET 47 / 225/45 R17
Rear 8.5 x 17 ET 58 / 245/40 R17
So fitment will be very close to w204, however it looks like it will depends where the strut and the fenders are for the car. The fronts look okay, the rears will be a concern.
For example, my Monarch Euro 63RS were
Front 8.5 x 19 ET 42
Rear 9.5 x 19 ET 45
These wheels would net 24mm further out from the rear than stock w205, and 15mm for front front. Front clearance will be 10mm less in the fronts and barely any difference in the back. Versus a stock w204, the fronts stuck out 18mm on these wheels compared to stock, but visual and driving fitment was perfect. For the rears, they stuck out 26mm more from stock, and retained almost perfect strut clearance.
TL : DR: Fitments are almost identical to what I personally used for my wheels on the w204 when compared to the w205's R 19 configuration on Daimler AG's app. The issue without having to try it on a real w205 is the fender and strut clearance since the w204 and the w205 are different cars.

Did anyone ascertain this?
I have the wheels in my dealer from my w204 to put onto my new W205 which has shiny diamond cut 19" AMG rims, and for reasons of not wanting the salt on UK roads, to attack the new rims, I wanted to put my old wheels with nice chunky winters Nokian tyres on.
The dealer has informed me since that theold 204 will not fit, as they catch the calipers.
I think I'm trying to get ET 47 rims to replace ET 44 rims.
Really keen toxins out if anyone has any experience or advice on this, like suitable spacers etc...

My 17 inch snow wheels and tires off my 204 did not clear the caliper on my Sport Package US version 205. It just barely scraped the caliper. Perhaps with a spacer it could've worked but I just sold them.

Ok I have found the solution....
I purchased 15mm spacers, with 15mm extra length bolts & collars to accommodate the AMG 17" alloys from the 204 model. Result is they fit with no catching or rubbing. It has a slightly wider track, but hardly notable. Whether you could go down to 10mm is another question.
Cost was £91 for wheels spacers and bolts from Demon Tweeks, Wrexham.
