Hey guys !
I posted a thread around November
about my car not starting. And I updated that it took
26 days for it to fix and it was a steering column module.

So after I got my car back... the car was great for about a month or so.

Now my car won't lock (yes the keys are working), I got a passenger airbag warning and a collision prevention plus inoperative light. I already went to the dealer and they confirmed the issues but they don't know when exactly my car will be ready but it won't be done this comming week.....

Do you guys think I should ask MB for a replacement or a refund?

No, let them fix it.

They will 100% deny you a replacement/refund unless you have a legitimate 'Lemon law' claim.

Each state is different and you could be close to qualifying at the rate you are going. Look it up for your state and good luck. If you qualify, I say go for it. You could have issue after issue after issue so if you can, make them take it back and give you a new one while they fix their mistake properly.

Did you ever get in touch with MB and ask for compensation...like a warranty extension?

Whatever you do, don't let MBUSA record your phone conversations as per usual.

Request extension of warranty.
Discuss perhaps some contribution to any monthly payments you are making as you are not able to drive the car despite paying for it.
Keep record of everything in case of ongoing or repeat issues so you have detail information IF you end up in buy back space.
