Nothing MB related (sorry)
I know you can get the AMG dual oval pipe mounted on your car, specifically for the C320...

Do you want...dual oval pipes (like the C32) or quad pipes (like the C55)?

You can't do the quad without a different rear bumper. I wanted to run the quads on my C32 but there is a indentation in the bumper for the exhaust tips and without the space in the bottom of the bumper, the tips would hit. Or you would have to run the tips lower on one side which would look retarded IMO. My exhaust guy also said there is very little room on the rear passenger side for another muffler and routing the exhaust would possible cost you some hp. The more I looked into it the less practical it seemed to be.
If anyone knows a way to make this work without needing a new bumper or loosing power, I'm all ears.

i think to do it, you need two things:

1) c55 spare tire well (to allow room for mufflers on right-hand side)
2) exhaust cutouts in your rear bumper / new rear bumper for dual-sided exhaust, since the tips have to go somewhere.

i am not sure how well it bolts up, but it has been done on some v6 models.

Talking V6 "Growler" Exhaust

The C320 standard huge exhaust-box (2003 model) at the LR is way too quiet, in my opinion. I have removed it completely and just fitted a straight-pipe with dual end-tips and it sounds absolutely great with a low-end "Growl" which is very pleasant. There is not a "noise" to speak of, but is in keeping with a hi-end Mercedes "Sporty" flavor and there is no drone. I have subsequently fallen in love with the quad C55 4-pipe image though, and I am next going to do another straight-pipe with another two stainless tips on the RH-side. All I have to do with the bottom skirt-panel, is to cut it slightly to match the LH factory cut-out. There is plenty of room. I will take a pic and post it when done. Ben, South Africa.

It is a simple job to do some measurements as per the LH-side and to draw the line on the RH-side. Then either use a Dremel-cutter or a Jigsaw with a fine blade to cut it out exactly like the LH. Use a "Y"-piece connector welded to the LH-pipe near the axle and route it to the RH (just a straight-pipe) and exit in the new cutout with a new dual tip. Looks and sounds great. No real noise, just a pleasant "Growl".
