STACKED OR JUST ONE PULLEY UPGRADE ?
what I want to ask is, l have 185crank pulley and I had 65mm s/c pulley , I had no problems with running this set up, cos I did most fuel upgrades, and no ecu codes, the car had very good response plus an aggressive top end lets say from 100km/h before I knew it l was up to 210 km/h, but someone told me it might be over boosting and we should put the original back on which I did, we done this to see if the car would pick up more power, as a result I think the power is roughly the same all though take off seemed like it lost a bit of power . also can cams be installed incorrectly, yet the can still run really well, the car idles like its got no cams its pretty smooth idle, I ve done a lot of mods to the car and some where Im losing about 50rwhp.

This is common in other vehicles. I would imagine that you would be inducing a lot of heat in to the charge-air cooler. If you don't have a larger heat exchanger and pump, now is the time.
