Got a great deal on a set so I went for it! I ordered some custom hubcentric 15mm spacers but some really old posts also said I need new wheel studs. But then others said it will be fine. Not sure what to think. If anyone can clarify I wanna get these on asap!

Anything over 8mm spacer requires longer studs.
Rule of thumb - if you can turn the nut 8+ times your fine, if not get longer studs.

I think they are referring to the m12 you currently have to the m14 you will need for that wheel.

When you say m12 and m14 are you referring to the studs? Would it be easiest to go to Mercedes and buy c63 wheel studs?

M12 and M14 is the "girth" of the stud, if you purchased OEM W204 C63 wheels the stud holes are larger than the W203 stud holes. Separate issue is the stud length; compensating for the spacer with longer studs would work but you may run into wobble because the holes are bigger than the studs you can use. Also you need to measure for the rear wheels--1 or 2 mm too long and you'll hit the parking brake.
