Coil pack ?

My 99 C43 has 139k on the clock. My car is well maintained and 6 months ago the had valve cover gaskets replaced. My car sits in the garage and not driven often. No leaks everything is good.Im getting ready to do a full tune up,plugs, wires, green air filters and fuel filter as well as clean the MAF.Recently noticed a little oil on one of the coil packs, wiped it off then it reappeared. No evident leak around gaskets or anything. The coil packs are expensive so my ? is do the need replacement? Will replacing them with my tune up make a noticeable difference? should I just replace the oily one? Thanks

Do you know if there are any kind of crack in the coil or plug wire, that oil can sneaks into them..?

Never heard coil packs had oil in them. If they do that will be a first for me...!

My friend had almost similar problem, coil core was broken(place which plug pressed in), as well as plug wire was cracked, tiny oil sneaks between them,,

replaced both, NO oil there any more.., have to pull-out the coil/wire & check them closely..

If you have a multimeter just take the coil out and ohm it
