Loud........
its f...ing loud.
i need to adjust myself to it.
and i need to take away a "humming"noise while driving..
perhaps a fibration absorbsion thingie..
but my collegues like it a lot.
sounds superduper agressive.
now i need to make an appointment for a dyno test.

Dutch,

Looks really good man, but I bet the drone in the cabin is LOUD??

You may want to fit a dual in/out centre muffler like the stock system had!.

On my 99 c43 I did the true dual with muffler in the middle, 2in 2out. It was so loud got 3 tickets within 2 months. Had the muffler shop fit two silencers and finally no tickets. You should look into that.
For my 98 c43 I'm going with x pipe than TWO mufflers. This to ME is the only way to keep the sound down but have the benefits (if any) of true duel. Fabrication will be needed to put two mufflers SOMEWHERE.

I still want to see someone with the guts to do the true quad-tip setup. sacrificing your spare tire shouldn't be a big deal. I'd do it right now if I had the right tools and expertise!

For ME I have the guts but don't like the look to much. The rear of the car is to narrow and looks a bit to much. I saw a c43 or with that setup on the web and did look ok. But I myself would not do it.

monday my car goes back in for a correction.
the sound in the cabin is insane... to be very very honest.
ive just driven it on the highway and i allmost parked it on the emergency lane!! ( )
so either my stock muffler comes back with the dual pipes welded onto it at the furthest part possible.
or an extra muffler is added in the middle.

in the first place i wanted to add that i did this for performance and not so much for the sound since it was good as it was.
anyways.. i keep u guys updated!!

Sulaco.. on the internet are some pictures available from W202's with the system u mention.
personally i dont like the left and right system on a W202.

Hi Dutch. For some reason it won't allow me to view the image.

Are they the ones from topspeed pro1 performance that are $399 USD? Thx

This exhaust sounds awesome. Too bad there is so much noise inside the cabin I'll have to do something like this with mine in the future.

Sounds lovely, just like a W210 E55
Nicely done. When I had the resonator + 2nd cats removed I was struggling with drone noise "humming noise" on the highway.
I bought "Dynamat Xtreme kit Heat & Sound Deadening" and sound proofed the whole trunk + spare tire well.
Now I can hear all the sweet noises from the exhaust minus the drone.
Also it gave the car a more solid feel and improved the sound from the subwoofer.

Good luck.
