Also interested! I've searched before but haven't found anything that I know will work for sure.. Would love to match the high beams to a factory xenon color temperature.

I heard many good feedback about these LED conversions, but mostly Japanese fans,
need to know if it working perfectly with our W202, without any light indicators in the dash,,
or avoids using any kind of load Resistors..?!?!?!

Just did a bunch of research and landed on the OPT7 LED headlights. They are $100 on Amazon and I have placed the order. They should be here next week and I will post a review once I have them installed.

Good news, the LED conversion kit came today well ahead of schedule (I LOVE AMAZON.) Here are my thoughts:
1.) I opted for the OPT7 LED kit which Amazon said wouldn't fit my car even though they were H7 bulbs. They are correct if you are looking for plug and play but with some small mods they work just fine. The reason they don't fit is because the bulb has a fan on the back (yeah cool I know) so you can't fit the cap on. This isn't an issue as the bulb is all weather, they even show it operating under water! The 2nd issue is the clip will not hold in the bulb without modification as the case diameter is too large. I bent the spring up and installed it backwards to get it to fit. This was not easy and took the longest time out of everything.
2.) The kit itself is SUPER high quality and comes with everything you need, including error cancelers. It is much easier to install the LED conversion as there isn't a large ballast like with the HID's and all you have to do is plug in the 2 wires into the stock harness and BOOM, they work.
3.) The LED's are super bright and claim to last 50,000 hours. They are 60W and are super white. For those of you looking for colored light (blue, green, yellow, etc...) I believe they have some sort of sheathe available to color the light. I am sticking with the white
4.) The LED's do not need to warm up like HID's. The lights are on immediately at full power so if you wanted you could replace your high beams with these as well and have the ability to flash your brights which is something lost with HID.
It is afternoon here so I don't have any pics but I will get some and post them tomorrow along with pics of the kit.

Very good,
unfortunately; the kit i ordered NOT comes with "Canbus Error Canceler"..!,
i have to use (6omh 50W), but since will install (140W), i think (6omh 100W) or (8omh 100W), will be better.!!?!!
