1995 C36 AMG
Hi all,
I'm new to the forum and thought it was my turn to post some pics of the 1995 C36 i just picked up about two weeks ago! Picked it up for $4,700 with 149k on it, factory spoiler? (pic attached of markings I found on the underside of it), all stock aside from 18" mono blocks, perfect interior, good paint aside from small scuffs on bumpers and rock chips on front of hood. Also came with those body color plastic covers on the top of the tail lights. Anybody seen these before? Not sure about the looks, definitely different. I haven't seen them on a w202 before.
Anyway, glad to be a part of the forum and have my first AMG! Hope you enjoy my pics, already posted. Link below to thread with pics.
Cheers

Saw a fellow 202 AMG today, first time seeing a C36 in person. Didn't get a chance to meet the driver, (on the forum?) sorry for whoring out your car, but needed to take pictures.

You're right, French cars are 90% diesel powered so it's extra rare to have a gas powered car. Especially a V8. You should see the look on people's face when I tell them it's got a V8. Most people think it's a V6 and very few people now about AMG so the look on their face when you start is priceless.
Not too expensive to import the car as it was mine and I drove it for > 1 year in the US so I didn't have to pay VAT and other taxes. ABout $2K all included for the travel and custom clearance.

you did a wise choice bringing the car back to europe, you have a great car for many years ahead.
delivery cost and duties for your car were cheap, that's awesome

like your white wheels man, looks good on a white car. takes courage to do something other than the 18" monos on these cars, they look so good.

guessing its not a forum member, pretty sure you have to replace the stock North American springs with something else to be on this forum like your white wheels man, looks good on a white car. takes courage to do something other than the 18" monos on these cars, they look so good.
