When you upgrade to wider rims and tyres, the wider you go the sillier the car looks if you retain the stock height. It starts to give the appearance it’s on tip toes.
I thought the BS had adjustable coilovers, if so changing the ride height should be reasonably simple and can always be returned to the stock parameters if you’re not happy.
You don’t need to drop it totally on its guts, just bring it down a little.
I wouldn’t be able to help myself, I’d have to adjust them to see how it looks even if I didn’t intend to drive it that way.

I had 275/30/19 tires on my AMG Multispokes ET54 19x9 with 10mm spacers so the ET was 44 and the car was lowered on H&R springs -20mm. (pic below)
The rear fender flares are standard on Euro-spec C63s but they are just for looks.
You should be fine with the setup You posted above.
