PUR is a great wheel! Just realize that a C63 fitment will not have the amount of concavity that you are seeing on that CLS. Another wheel you might want to consider is the Modulare B18.

Hey Guys,

After a decent amount of problems with my current set up, ADV.1 is being kind enough to make me new centers for my wheels, can someone chime in with a known offset for a 20x10 wheel with a 285/25/20 tire that does not rub? Whether it be on coilovers or without
would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for your time!

J Bro

hey guys, after owning a couple m3's, decided to go with the c63 coupe this time....car is reaching the port on 11/21, so I should have it towards the end of the month. your cars all look amazing, I am really liking the HRE C93's, P40's and M47's (preferably in black with a chrome lip as the car is polar white with the black roof).

Any major issues with staggered 20" HRE C93's, P40's or M47's? Did you have to modify the wheel well or body to fit these wheels? Appreciate any help.

I think I read there is another member/sponsor on this site who can get HRE's at discounted rates and is well versed on their compatibility with the various MB's..is this still the case?

Appreciate any help.

Jbro, u can go 20x10 +55mm (or higher) with 285/25/20, but I would stick with 275/25/20 if u want zero rubbing.

M3equals333, welcome to the forum! U will love ur torque monster. Lol As for ur wheels, u can definitely do 20's staggered with HRE.. Just PM Lon@HRE, he cam custom make a wheel combo to ur liking (color & sizing wise).

Do you guys use longer lug bolts for 5mm spacers?....I'm having trouble finding 32mm bolts, wondering if the stock length is safe enough.

M3equals333, thanks for the kind words! Which models HRE have you chosen?

BerBer63, you definitely needs longer lugs with the 5mm spacers. Have you tried contacting a vendor here like Vivid, Wheel Boutique or ACG?

no problem So far, I am leaning towards one of the P40SC variations in either 19 or 20. I will definitely post pics when the car arrives and then after the wheels are put on.

I couldnt get enough turns with the oem bolts with 5m spacers. You can use 35mm bolts in the front and rear. If you're paranoid you can also get the Bolts cut down to 32mm

I tried my 37 or 38mm bolts (ones I use with 10mm spacers) on my 5mm spacer setup right now and just rolling in my driveway I think I can hear the bolts hitting the emergency brake (metal clickling/clanging).

18x9.5 offset 54
285/30 nitto 555r
Almost 1 inch drop with coilovers

Turning out to be a pain in the ***. Going to try it without any spacers, then I'll look for 32/33mm bolts.

i've read the rears are pretty tight in terms of the amount of clearance for longer bolts. Now we know for sure.

I was unable to find 33/32mm bolts. I ended up cutting a set of 40mm bolts down to 32mm. 35mm will also work as that's the length of my locking bolt. it clears the front as well without spacers.

Has anyone used spacers with stock rims and no drop? I've been wanting to do it but Im not sure how it will look. I want the wheels to sit flush, what do you guys recommend? 5mm or 10mm?

^^ 10mm all around with 40mm extended lugs should do the work.

Does anyone know if HRE P43S 20x9 & 20x10.5 (offset 29 front 45 rear) would fit on a 13 c63 coupe?

also, does the c63 coupe share the same trunk as the w204 c63 sedan?

your help is greatly appreciated.

thanks,
derek

I heard the sedan trunk is different from the coupe trunk.

As for the HRE wheels, no way you can fit 20x9 +29mm & 20x10.5 +45mm unless you run tiny stretched tires or raise your car. LOL

Here's my setup on H&R coilovers...and I have a little bit of rubbing with 245/30/20, 285/25/20. Might raise my suspension 1/2 inch.

Front 20x8.5 +35
Rear 20x9.5 +51
