I am currently in search for a C63 AMG (preferably '09)

The best offer that I have right now is 44.5k. There are other two dealers nationwide that I am in conversation with that are not even willing to budge that number. They are like go get the car. It's just that I am about 2000 mi from that car. My local dealer wants 42.5k for a 40k mi, 2008 black C63 and won't CPO the car for that price. They are like CPO will price the car out of the market. I am kinda surprised here! Am I pricing myself out of the market looking for a CPO '09 C63 at 43k? Any thoughts.

Not really, but if you can wait, you should see more C63 coming off lease this summer. The 08 is really out of question as it needs CPO to put it back in warranty soon. Also, are your dealer letting you CPO the 09 for 44.5 or not? I would deal if this is CPO, but if not, then I will wait. Just my 2 cents.

Yes both the cars posted here are CPO. It's just that it will cost me about 1.5k more on top of what the dealer is asking to just ship the car here. I am located in Phoenix, AZ. Thanks for your response.

The best bet for you I think will be to wait for a bit and save up a little for a CPO. Also, have you consider flying over to get the car then drives back?

The car in NY will be cheaper to ship back. The dealer and I were willing to split the shipping cost. It's just that I found it strange that people weren't ready to budge at the magical 44.5k limit with any cars. The car in NY is a CPO. Let's see what goes on. I am talking to some more dealers in Los Angeles (closer to me). Let's see how those go.

Also you are right about cars coming off lease. It might be worth it to wait till summer to autumn when the 2012 beauty comes out.

I don't see many offers for C63's though in this forum. I thought I would have heard back from a couple of people but that is scarce.
