SLIGHT appearance of C63 in rap video
And by slight, I mean the whole thing. Not sure if all of you 63' guys have seen this or not, but music tastes aside, your car makes the video awesome. Thought I'd share. Enjoy!

Painted either like a giant 7up can or a bag of skittles, yes. Totally agree. Just thought y'all would like to see the car. Haha.

Good catch Chris. Didn't even notice that. Your right. Driver seat headrest looks like mine...but if you look, the passenger looks like your AMG seat. Hmm.

I like it. Good find.
Honestly, hip hop or rap music has picked up in the last year-and a-half. It was terrible for some time during the 2000's. But, recent talent has revived the music to a worthy status.
It's the natural order... I guess.

Hip hop has been garbage latley. Miss the days of Rakim, KRS One, Tupac, BIG, LL, Big L, DRe, AZ, NAS, Bone Thugs, etc..
Now its all about who has more money, diamonds, cars, and bottles..

i feel like this car is a salvage C350 that he put some C63 pieces on it.
If you look at the door arm rests, they look like regular C class w/o the stichted leather like our cars.
And the a pillar looks grey, not black like AMGs--could be the sunlight making it appear grey, but I don't think so.
The mismatched seats is just dumb, maybe his fat *** can't fit in the AMG seats?
Either way, I know it's fake because if it was real, he would have revved the engine in the song--we all know if would sound better than his *****y song
Looks like a fake AMG to me, but maybe I'm just in denial that we have the same car
BTW when he's standing in front of that house, I think it would have been great if some old white dude chased him away with a golf club

I thought the same thing. There are some inconsistencies, but if you look/pause at 2:23 you can clearly see the 6.3 - V8 & the G from AMG on the dials.
Could be more than one car being used?

I didn't say this artist has lyrical talent. But, the beat is par for the course these days and that's pretty good, actually.
It's a style thing. If you weren't listening to the music change in the last year specifically, this beat and style of rap would seem very strange.
The top talent today includes artists like Nikki Minaj (spelling?), Drake, J Cole. These artists are top notch and really, their talent is amazing. Even artist like Nas, when interviewed, said, "I didn't think rap would become good again, it wasn't looking good, but these new artists will actually carry the torch." (paraphrasing)
Btw, I love Big, Big L, (Dre didn't/doesn't write his own lyrics, solid producer though), AZ, Nas, Cormega (The Firm), Bone Thugs.

As far as Dre not writing his own lyrics, who the hell ever picked up an album produced by Dre and said, "Damn, I can't wait to hear Dre's rhymes". I'll tell you who, nobody.

I totally disagree with the first part of that. What is considered 'par' these days is pretty much noise pollution.
As far as Dre not writing his own lyrics, who the hell ever picked up an album produced by Dre and said, "Damn, I can't wait to hear Dre's rhymes". I'll tell you who, nobody.

Even Eminem considers himself a singer now (he admittedly will say that tongue in cheek) but, nevertheless, rappers want to sing a little bit now.
Sure, there are plenty of beats that still produce that boom-bap, but they don't get any significant air play.
Regarding your point about Dre, I don't think you hold a popular opinion. Looking at some facts, Dre only produced 2 worthy albums: The Chronic and 2001. People definitely listened to The Chronic for Dre's lyrics as much as they did for Snoops lyrics as much as they did for the new style of beats on display in that album.
When 2001 hit, and people heard Dre dropping very cool and mature bars, they were excited. Dre had already become an icon and to hear him flow over his own beats was a shot in the arm for rap. But, apparently, he has always had help with his lyrics.
So, when I was responding to a previous post, where the poster said they miss Dre. I was assuming they missed his beats as well as his lyrics and voice (he does have a cool voice). I was pointing out that, if I didn't know any better, I would miss Dre's lyrics as well, but now it's common knowledge that Dre is and always was a producer first and foremost and a lyricist last. This goes back to NWA.
