My A-pillar is black. That's a C63 no doubt. Don't understand the driver's seat. And not all C63's have leather.

i feel like this car is a salvage C350 that he put some C63 pieces on it.
If you look at the door arm rests, they look like regular C class w/o the stichted leather like our cars.
And the a pillar looks grey, not black like AMGs--could be the sunlight making it appear grey, but I don't think so.
The mismatched seats is just dumb, maybe his fat *** can't fit in the AMG seats?
Either way, I know it's fake because if it was real, he would have revved the engine in the song--we all know if would sound better than his *****y song

BTW when he's standing in front of that house, I think it would have been great if some old white dude chased him away with a golf club

Nicki may be the most talented artist, presently, in my opinion. I can see how many people would find her very weird. She is. But, that's part of the genius in my opinion. She follows no trend. She makes her own. She doesn't over-compensate the way many female MC's have been known to do. She blends femininity into hard-edged rap in a way no other female artist has before her.
Again, I understand the reasons many people would not like her.

It is nice to discuss this topic.
I'll be honest, I turn a lot of hip hop songs off. I'm 30 now. I listen to a lot of older rock and 80's music on the Serius radio.
A few years ago, I couldn't even stand hip hop anymore. I listened to my old favorites like the guys you mentioned, but things are improving, IMO.
I listened to the song you posted. Pretty cool. I understand the message. But, I thought it was funny when Dre said "once Detox drops, what are you going to do then?" (paraphrasing). Seriously, his credibility is weak IMO. We waited a DECADE for detox to drop. He missed the heck out of the boat. It sailed away and his relevance and the excitement surrouding Detox is far less than it was 8-10 years ago.

Even Eminem considers himself a singer now (he admittedly will say that tongue in cheek) but, nevertheless, rappers want to sing a little bit now.
Sure, there are plenty of beats that still produce that boom-bap, but they don't get any significant air play.
Regarding your point about Dre, I don't think you hold a popular opinion. Looking at some facts, Dre only produced 2 worthy albums: The Chronic and 2001. People definitely listened to The Chronic for Dre's lyrics as much as they did for Snoops lyrics as much as they did for the new style of beats on display in that album.
When 2001 hit, and people heard Dre dropping very cool and mature bars, they were excited. Dre had already become an icon and to hear him flow over his own beats was a shot in the arm for rap. But, apparently, he has always had help with his lyrics.
So, when I was responding to a previous post, where the poster said they miss Dre. I was assuming they missed his beats as well as his lyrics and voice (he does have a cool voice). I was pointing out that, if I didn't know any better, I would miss Dre's lyrics as well, but now it's common knowledge that Dre is and always was a producer first and foremost and a lyricist last. This goes back to NWA.

And the popular opinion is the one I hold, I guarantee you that. Dre's never been that sick of a lyricist; I've always held him in highest regard for his role as a producer, not as a rapper. If you don't think most people see it that way, you're probably the mistaken one. And sure, he has probably had help with his lyrics, but I'm betting almost all rappers have in one form or another. He does have a dope voice though, you're right.

I would stop focusing on the seat issue, it is possible to replace the seats. I know, because I was looking at putting in the normal C class seat on the passenger side for my wife, who is a 6'1 runner with the appropriate build.. and hates the AMG seats, they are way too narrow for her, and extremely uncomfortable.
