Check Oil Message
So yesterday I got a message saying that I needed to check my oil level at my next re-fueling...I checked the dipstick and it seemed fine. Then after re-fueling I got the message again.
I drive an 09 C63 with just over 8K miles...do I need to be concerned with any oil burning/consumption issues?

I got the check oil light leaving the dealership the day I bought it. It had 106 miles on it. I came right back to the dealer and they said it was a quart low. So, deffinatly take it to the dealership and have them deal with it.
btw, when I was driving the car home from the dealership after getting the oil light situation fixed, about 2 miles out the car started smoking, the dash went red and the power steering went out in the middle of a busy intersection OMG WTF!!!!! people were honking at me and flipping me off the service guy who toped the motor off with oil forgot to put the god-damn oil cap back on. The cavity in my chest collapsed. My brand new car was on fire.
But, the dealership was very professional and came and picked me up and did a hell of a job cleaning the crap out of it. they have detailed the engine bay twice now and im do for one more here in a couple weeks, plus free oil changes

OK guys - thanks for the feedback. I will bring it by the dealer and see what they say...I have read about a lot of the headaches folks have had with MB AMG vehicles and I was hoping to avoid them so when I started getting this message yesterday...I found myself saying "not me!"

I wouldn't just throw a quart in there, since the level he's reporting is fine. I would put in maybe a 1/4 to a half a quart. Remember one thing, so much oil can hurt the engine, just as too little oil. Simply put, I would add a little just to please the sensor, as long as the oil level is between the lines on the dipstick.
