Do you guys know what the pricing will be like the the C63 Black if they do indeed release it? It should be cheaper than the CLK that's for sure. Any word?

so, if you apply a similar price appreciation, with the c63 being about 69K, it should be in the range i described..

that being said, it is pure speculation

If its below $100k they're going to cut corners they didn't with the CLK. No carbon fiber body panels for example, probably won't triangulate and seam weld, but lets hope you're right. More than 100 for a c-class would be hard to swallow.

A loaded C63 with a P31 comes close to 80K now.


Someone posted already about an "official" price being 100K+ and above with options.

There is no way it will be below 100K in my opinion.

Actually, a loaded P31 goes up to 85K MSRP, before TTL and negotiations of course. BS will be over 100K, no doubt.

You know actually to me Clk is much less appealing the C-class. Its old like a statue already. I mean the interior is worse then in a new B class. I probably wouldnt even trade mine for clk63BS(I mean I would just to sell it and get that extra$$). On the other hand I would get the C63 BS edition if they made it four door version and even if it was more then the CLK BS was when it came out. Like this I will probably just wait and get 2012 next year.

I guess it'll all depend of how 'BS' it is going to be.

If we didn't have p31 as an option, for all we know MB could call a wide body P30, P31 combo a BS and add a $12000 or so mark up. I mean look at the difference between clk AMG and clk BS vs SL AMG and SL BS.

My dealer confirmed my order today, so Canada will be getting it. Looks like it'll be unveiled at the German GP, since he asked if I was available for that weekend.

He wouldn't show me the AMG documents, but I snuck a peek when he wasn't looking. Specs look exactly like the CLK63 BS. Adjustable coilovers, wider front and rear, 19" wheels, LSD. Just coupe, no mention of sedan at all. MSRP is listed at $100,000+, whatever that means. Coming in 2012, so we're a year away. Woohoo!

Anyone wanna buy a CLK63 Black Series? Probably selling her in the next few months.
