Tbh I'm a little speechless... If this video is real and the cls is in fact actually stock I need that car.

A Performance Pack 2012 CLS63 has 100 more hp and almost 150 more lb/ft of torque....

It will walk on a C63 all day, everyday

Holy smokes!!!

If that C63 is running where it should be for the mods indicated, and the CLS63 is stock with PP, then I just may need to sell my house and live in that car.

If this is an accurate representation then all I can say is run, don't walk away, from the new AMG V8 Biturbo Geez, I sound like an M fanboy
This engine should be amazing in the likes of the lighter 212 E63 - especially with some tune changes...time will tell...

The new CLS63 is an absolute monster.

You are looking at close to $125k for a fully loaded 2012 CLS63 with PP.

Hoping to pickup a used one in 2 - 3 years if I can get my hands on one!
I'm sure I'm not the only one with that plan

Video claims cams and there are no cams for the C63, at least none that make more power.

Also says it has the bigger throttle bodies and that loses bottom end also. No headers?? Not a fair evaluation of a C63 with a tune and mods.

The CLS63 is a monster though!! I love the way it looks and runs!! Gotta get me one!

And let's not forget this run was done in Dubai in 32.5 degrees Celsius (90 degrees fahrenheit) and close to 100% humidity. Not ideal conditions for a turbo charged car.

Miro, this is the car to get. I think it is better than E63. Although you will get a very good deal on E63. If dealers have any 2012 CLS 63 next year, get it cause they will offer great deals.

Currently waiting for 2013 SLK55 AMG

I think what we all need to see is a side by side run between a 2012 E63 and 2012 CLS63.....(maybe we'll do it @ Mt Tremblant!)

Even though they both have the 5.5 TT, for some strange reason, I think the AMG boys have bumped up the CLS to give it an advantage...even though, on paper the E63 should have the edge
