I notcie that the more miles i have put on my car, the less garlge from the exhaust. When i first bought it , it gargles a lot and now with 12,000 miles on it, doesnt really gargle anymore. Am i missing something?

I find mine us actually opening up and getting louder as i hit 500 miles

No, it gets the "pop" sound and now anymore now. Thats obvious

Might be the way the transmission has adapted to your driving style.

Disconnect the battery for 1/2 an hour or so and then take it out and beat on it and see what happens. That should reset the adaptations back to stock and then adapt to an aggressive driving style.

replace your resonators with straight pipes, you'll get more "gargles" out of it.

I think mine pops and backfires more with miles. Currently have 24k miles.
