Yes !
Ideally you would want to upgrade to a 19x8.5F and 19x10R or 19x9.5R. You can go as wide as a 285 on a non-lowered car, it's all about the offset. |

Yes, it's possible... I'm running 245/35/19f (19x8.5) & 275/30/19r (19x9.5) on my HRE with an H&R drop, no problem!
