FS: Lease Takeover or Buy Out 2012 C63 P31 Sedan on 19" AMG V 16 Spokes - part 2
Hey Guys,
I posted a similar thread a few weeks ago about this but more as a feeler to see if there would be any interest in taking over the lease or paying off the lease...
There was so much interest in fact, it looked like the car had sold in just 4 days! Unfortunately it fell through, so now I'm posting an official FS / lease takeover thread, sorry if it looks like I started two threads on this.
Long story short, love this car, totally devastated to be letting it go, but I cant qualify for a bigger mortgage with this lease on my credit, so it has to go. Time to be a grown up, kind of.
Magnetite Black 2012 C63 P31 Sedan with 19" AMG V 16 Spoke sitting on 245/275 Michelin PSS with only 7220 miles on her.
* Please note the 19" AMG V 16 Spoke wheels are not for sale separately as they will be going with the car.
See the sticker for options, she is fully loaded including the P31 AMG development package. If you don't know what that is then this car isn't for you.
Perfect like new condition, non smoker, garaged, hand washed.
The sounds this car makes will haunt me for the rest of my life.
There is 24 months left on the lease, it can be transferred via MBFS if you want to take it over. You'll have to pass the Mercedes-Benz Financial credit check and pay a $595 transfer fee.
I'm throwing in a $1,500 incentive, which brings the base payment down from
$1,025.17 to $965.17 before local taxes are added.
(here in LA they are $94.83. Sales tax is high here)
Base Payment: $965.17
Tax: depends on where you live exactly.
A base payment that low is unheard of on a $77,575 MSRP.
Current mileage: 7220
Total miles allowed: 30,038
Total miles remaining: 22,818
Months remaining: 24
Yeah, I'm going to pay someone $1,500 to lease an amazing car with nothing down.
OR: you can just payoff the lease and the car is yours, the $1,500 incentive still applies.
Current lease payoff price is: $62,068.96, add in the $1,500 I'm throwing in and the price is $60,568.
You will have to pay local CA sales tax if you decide to purchase the vehicle.
You wont find another 2012 C63 P31 Sedan with a MSRP this high at a lease price this low, I put a ton of money down to get it this low.
Or, $77,575 MSRP is now selling for $60,000 with only 7,000 miles on it.
My loss, your gain!
I need to move quickly on this and expect it to go quick as it *almost* did last time.
A few pictures, please PM if you are interested!
