Quick update for you guys... We went out to Irwindale last night for some 1/8 mile testing. We went a best of 6.50's at 111-112mph. Cut the 60 foots down to 1.45 last night! Over a tenth faster in not so decent conditions than our Pomona passes. Conditions got pretty bad at night after many cars broke down but a successful night to say the least. There were also a couple fellow C63 drag racers out there. Good to see AMG representing. Thanks. Pictures and videos to come.

60' = 1.591
1/8 = 6.595 @ 109.17mph
6.50's with a 1.45 60' is flying along with the 111-112mph. Thats CRAZY FAST!!!!!!!!
Earls last best run was:
60' = 1.593
1/8 = 6.687 @ 111.69mph.
1/4 = 10.212 @ 144.61mph WOW!!
Great improvement on the 60' and 1/8' time!!
Looks like the mph stayed about the same which is expected.

So I am a simple guy. The car ran a 6.8 at irwindale then went a 10.2 the following day at Pomona. This past week it ran a 6.5 so it only stand to reason the car wiould go 9.8ish at Pomona all other conditions being equal (94+ degrees and 4.000 da).
I am sure many will dispute but my personal thought is i can get another 2 or 3 10ths out of the car with 55 or 60 degree conditions on a well prepped track putting the car into record territory.
Edit: and for what it is worth, additional mods have been done so the latest time at irwindale is conservative.

Keith,
Will be back tomorrow at some point (don't have flight plan yet).
The biggest hurdle right now will be getting the car off the west coast. If the car gets out I have no idea who will be driving as I have to come back to Europe in a couple of weeks and I don't know how long I will be here.

Can you please list the modifications done to Earl's car? I'm guessing it's a stage 3 and then some?
