***Selling my 2009 C63!! All Stock, Never Modified.
Guys,
Selling my 2009 C63 with existing factory warranty and 42k miles. The replacement vehicle is currently in transit to my dealer, so I'd like to offer it on here first, priced to sell fast, before I update my web Ads to reflect the same. Here are the details:
2009 C63 White/Black Interior
- All stock, down to the air filters. Never modified, never tracked. Garaged night and day between my house and work parking garage. It is my daily driver.
- Existing factory warranty is still in tact, however will expire next month. I list this as relevant because A.) It's just piece of mind to have on a car you purchase regardless, and B.) It's usually MUCH easier of a process to transfer and sometimes cheaper to extend the warranty on an existing factory warrantied vehicle as opposed to an expired one if you were considering doing so. Obviously, if the buyer planned on doing this, it would need to be within the next couple weeks to take advantage of that benefit.
- Excellent condition inside and out. No accidents, dings, dents or scratches. Never smoked in. I am the second owner, and the car has always been located in Texas.
- All options except carbon fiber package, and P30 performance pack. Yes, the calipers are red, but they were painted by the original dealership it was sold from, strictly for aesthetics. I must admit it's an amazing quaility job they did and looks factory with no signs of paint fade or chipping (see pics)
- Just had the complete Service B performed by my dealer (Oct. 2012). Replaced everything they recommended including: engine air filters, cabin air filters, transmission fluid, rear differential fluid, and even down to new windshield wipers. There should be no major maintenence costs required of this car anytime soon, except for front tires in the near future. I've built that into the price of the car, as i prefer to let the new owner decide what tires to replace with, depending on intended use or possible climate it's sold to. Rear tires are Michelin Pilot Super Sports that I just put on this summer. They are in good condition and I would estimate they are about half life considering how fast these cars go through rear tires.
- Always serviced by MB dealerships, complete service records available.
The reason I'm selling the car is I have the need for a truck right now, more than a performance sedan as my daily driver. So I ordered a Ford Raptor to remedy that. I've had my car on Ebay, but haven't been as motivated to sell it. I just got word from my dealer my truck is on the way. I do have a standing trade-in offer from them that is decent. However, If i'm being honest, they are located quite a distance from me and it would be a moderate hassle to do so.
First $41k, or the closest offer to that by Friday evening takes it. Please PM me any questions or email at tbird_blue@yahoo.com

Very nice. Almost similar to the one I bought couple months ago except mine has RENNTECH tune.
Since your factory warranty expires next month i would assume this is an 08 production year. What are the last 6 digit of your VIN just for information?
Anyhow GLWS.

Ahhh...this is tempting. I was planning on something newer to alleviate the potential headbolt issue, but the ability to extend the warranty smooths that out a bit.
Has the car required anything beyond typical routine maintenance?

Very good point. That was my understanding of the MB warranty situation, but I didn't want to assume. My M5 was the same way. Once the factory warranty was up, I no longer had the BMW extended warranty option to choose from. Not only that, but once it was out of warranty at all, to get an aftermarket to cover you, the car had to go through a detailed inspection process by a shop of their approval which costs extra. The coverage rates may be quoted higher as well, due to the car being potentially more of a liability to them by, in fact, being out of current warranty. Luckily I extended mine before it expired and simply had to sign the paperwork, pay, and it was smooth sailing. It really does benefit they buyer if they planned on having an extended warranty from my experiences.

Yes, I hoped to get this car sold as well while the warranty was still in tact for that purpose. An attractive price, but with the benefit of that full coverage ability for piece of mind as opposed to the higher mileage examples. It's what i would look for in the same position. Thanks.

I was the original owner up until I sold it to COPMAGNET. Car was flawless. I had them warranty a leather issue on the driver's seat back that was very minor and they warrantied the AC smell issue known to MB. That's all. All service done at MB of Austin. Great car.
