Just curious if anybody ever uses their "racestart" function on their C63 at the drag-strip, and can it also be used with traction control completely disabled? I tried it a couple times and it usually spine enough to allow it to shift into second while still spinning, and then of coarse it then bogs down after the up-shift. I have some Nitto drag radials ordered to stave off some wheel-spin, so maybe it'll be effective?

I've used it a few times in races the past couple weeks. I really can't seem to time it right, as it seems there is a bit of lag from when I let off the brake and launch. Here's a video from Oakland Speedway against a Mustang GT 5.0 to see what I mean.

Yeah, I see what you mean especially on the street, but at a tree, You can anticipate the start a little easier I'm guessing. Good race btw, those new 5.0's are no joke!
