E63 head bolt failure
One of these days I'll search all the M156 forums for head bolt failure threads but this one just came to my attention tonight.

not sure what the importance this is? I feel like everyday i see a new headbolt thread. Might as well post up everytime you run over a kamakaze squirrel.

LOL, I have a suggestion for you. When you see a thread title that doesn't interest you, DON'T CLICK ON THE F'ING THREAD!! Could it be any simpler?

Better yet forget the Weistec studs, in which you have to pull the heads, just replace one bolt at a time with the new OE bolts.

theres a sticky at the top about headbolts. headgaskets shouldnt be an issue if you replace the head bolts the correct way. Non of this one at a time crap guys its an amg not some kia/honda rice crap.

Why would you use those junk TTY bolts, when you can use ARP 625s, which I believe are there strongest studs available.

A head gasket is a head gasket, doesn't matter if it's my lawn mower a Kia or an amg. Nothing wrong with switching studs one at a time, if you know what your doing.
